Our rates for UAE fulfillment start from 13 AED (3.45 USD) per shipment including picking + packing + delivery. dcfulfillment is a self-serve platform meaning you can start using it without signing contracts, committing to minimum volumes or having lengthy conversations with sales teams. dcfulfillment allows customers to import and sell their products across any channel with no limitations - whether you sell on your shopify, amazon, noon or any other online platform.
How do I get started?
Sign up here and we have a step-by-step guide on how to send us your inventory. Once we receive your inventory, it will be available for fulfillment within a few hours. Your dashboard will list all your inventory and allow you to create & manage your orders with ease.
Pricing
To get hands on experience with dcfulfillment, all customers get 1 cubic feet of free storage for your first 3 months in any of our fulfilment centers. You can use our Price Calculator to calculate your costs. We charge for 2 services - Storage & Fulfillment. Storage is charged daily based on the amount of storage your inventory takes up (1 mini shelf is free for your first year). Fulfillment costs are charged based on the origin fulfilment centre and destination country of the customer you are shipping to.
Does it integrate with my existing shopify / amazon / other store?
We plan to support integrations with all the major marketplaces and shopping cart softwares in the near future. During our beta, orders have to be placed through our dashboard manually or by uploading a CSV.
Other Services:
- IOR / EOR: desertcart can handle all import / export and freight formalities required to move your items across our global network.
- MOR (Merchant of Record): If you are a merchant with customers in the Middle East / APAC or European countries. you can now delight them with fast + free 1/2 day delivery. We handle all the compliance and logistics to get your items stored next to your customers, as well as local VAT / GST compliance & invoicing.
- Customized Packaging: Reach out to us for custom boxes or packaging materials (our high volumes mean we have the lowest MOQs and pricing)
- Inbound shipping services: We can arrange inbound shipments from your manufacturer or origin with express / LTL / FTL or other freight options.
- Special Projects: Tasks like counting inventory, repackaging products, quality control, bagging products, or any other generic task that you want us to do.
- Container Unloading: If you send us your cargo directly, we can off-load and unpalletize the container for you.
